Encapsulation
Our encapsulation services will completely seal your crawl space, thereby protecting it from incoming humidity and moisture.
Mold Testing
Invisible mold spores can contaminate your indoor air quality and cause severe allergies and other health-related issues.
Duct Cleaning
Over time, contaminants can build up in the duct components of your HVAC system. We use specialized tools to clean your ducts and improve indoor air quality.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
The fragrances, dyes, and detergents found in dryer sheets can build up in your dryer vents and cause contaminated air to back up into your home or office.
Insulating

| Encapsulation |

Encapsulation consists of 4 main steps. Setting up interior drainage, adding a Vapor Barrier Liner, Vent Covers, and lastly a dehumidifier. |
| Mold Testing |

During our Mold Testing, we will take samples, either from a surface or from the air. This sample will then determine whether your home has mold growth and what kind of mold it is. |
| Duct Cleaning |
|
Air Duct Cleaning is the process of contaminants within the ductwork. We use powerful vacuums to collect all of the dust and debris to help prevent it from re-circulating throughout your home. |
| Dryer Vent Cleaning |
|
During a dryer vent cleaning, we will brush and vacuum debris that has built up within your dryer filter and vents. |
| Insulating |
|
Insulating is a component of our Encapsulation service. During this service, we will use one of the three techniques of insulating a crawl space. Batt, Spray Foam or Foam Board. These all help provide protection of your crawl space, as well as help, prevent hot and cold air from entering your home. |
| Humidification/Dehumidification |
|
Adding Humidification helps alleviate the air in your home from feeling dry and stale. This process often helps with dry skin, sinuses, and lips. On the other hand, Dehumidifiers reduce humidity levels in your home. Helps to reduce allergens like dust mites, mold, and mildew. They also aid in helping your air conditioner run more efficiently and will help to reduce electrical consumption. Both of these services will help make your home more comfortable. |
