COVID-19 Update – Open for Business

To Our Valued Clients and Colleagues,

As our Richmond community feels the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the team at Carroll Plumbing & Heating, Inc. would like to share the measures we’re taking to safely serve our community’s heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.

According to the announcement from Governor Ralph Northam, we fall under the category of essential businesses. As allowed by state law, we will remain operational and ready to help you 24/7 during the COVID-19 Crisis.

We will continue to abide by our mission of reliability, community support, and dependable service —  with your safety and the health of our team members at the forefront.

Coronavirus Preparedness and Prevention:

1. We will be maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, sanitation of materials, and hygiene, and until further notice, all maintenance, repairs, and appointments will continue as scheduled. 

2. All technicians will be equipped with the following personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering a home or business for peace of mind and prevention:

• Masks
• Gloves
• Shoe Covers

3. Many employees are working remotely from home, and all meetings are being held online or over the phone.

4. If an employee exhibits symptoms, they will be asked to stay home or seek medical attention consistent with CDC and WHO guidelines. No exceptions.
